Windows – Unable to connect to Internet Check if other devices (phone, tablet) can access the internet. Restart your computer. Click on the Wi-Fi icon > Disconnect and reconnect to the network. Forget the network: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks. Select your network > Forget, then reconnect. Run the built-in troubleshooter:Go to Settings > System > Other Troubleshooter > Network and Internet Try switching to a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot) and test the behaviour, if issue persists then please contact IT helpdesk.
