Windows – No Sound or Audio output

1. Click on volume icon (bottom right side of the screen) and check if the volume is low or muted

2. Click on volume mixer icon and check if the output device is selected correctly

3. Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooter

Click on Run in Audio to run the troubleshooter and it will fix the identified issues

4. Reboot the system and if you are still facing the issue then please reach out to IT Team for further investigation.
