1. If the Notebook is stored in OneDrive:
OneNote itself doesn’t have a “Delete Notebook” option directly in the app. You need to delete it from OneDrive:

Go to OneDrive and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Navigate to the Documents folder (or wherever your notebook is saved).
- Find the notebook file (it will have a folder icon and the name of your notebook).

Right-click the notebook folder and select Delete.

The notebook will be moved to the Recycle Bin in OneDrive.
Note: Deleting a notebook from OneDrive will remove it from all devices and users it was shared with.
2. If the Notebook is stored locally (on your computer):

Open File Explorer.
- Navigate to the location where the notebook is saved.
- Find the folder with the notebook name.

Right-click and choose Delete.
Important Tips:
- Before deleting, make sure the notebook is no longer needed or backed up.
- If the notebook is shared, notify collaborators before deletion.
