OneDrive - Sync Issues
1: Check Internet Connection
Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection. Try opening a website to confirm connectivity.
2: Verify OneDrive is Running
Look for the OneDrive cloud icon in the system tray. If its missing, press Start, type 'OneDrive', and open it.
3: Check for Sync Errors
Click the OneDrive icon and look for any error messages or warnings. Follow the suggested actions. If you are unable to follow, please report to IT Helpdesk
4: Pause and Resume Sync
Right-click the OneDrive icon, select 'Pause syncing' for 2 hours, then resume syncing after a few minutes.

5: Restart OneDrive
Right-click the OneDrive icon, look for the Settings icon (Right Corner) and select ‘Quit OneDrive'. Reopen it from the Start menu.
6: Check File Name and Path Length
Ensure file names don’t contain special characters and keep file paths under 400 characters.
7: Contact IT Support
If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the error and contact your IT team with the steps you've tried.
