1. Go to homepage of OneDrive
2. Hover the mouse to the file or folder you want to share and click on share option
3. Enter the name with whom you want to share the file and click on pencil icon to modify if you want to give read, edit, review access.
4. Click on Setting gear icon for the advance sharing option
Sharing Options:

Shares the document with anyone in your organization (ThrivePass).

Users must be signed in with their organization account.
- Good for internal sharing across departments.

Only people with existing access
- Doesn’t change permissions.

Just gives a link to people who already have access.
- Useful when you want to resend the link without modifying access.

People you choose

Lets you select specific individuals to share the document with.
- You can enter their email addresses.

You can also control whether they can edit or just view.
5. Choose the option and select the user, set the view or edit settings. Additionally, you can set the expiration date for the folder/file access.
