NICE – Callers cannot hear
Below are the scenarios which needs to be checked incase if the microphone is not accessible
Step 1: Check Microphone Connection
Ensure your wired headset is firmly plugged in or your Bluetooth device is properly connected and paired.
Step 2: Test Microphone in Windows
Go to Settings > System > Sound. Under Input, check if the correct microphone is visible and selected.
Step 3: Restart the Calling App
Close and reopen the NICE to refresh audio settings.
Step 4: Check In-App Audio Settings
In the app, go to Settings > and type microphone in search (Right side) in the second image. Then click on All sites.

Look for the NICE website and click on the arrow
You will see list of permissions, find microphone and click on allow
Step 5: Mute Button or Shortcut
Ensure you’re not muted in the app or on your headset. Check for a physical mute button.
Step 6: Reboot Your Laptop
Restart your laptop to fix temporary glitches with audio drivers or settings.
Step 7: Try a Different Microphone
Use another headset or the built-in mic to test if the issue is with the current microphone.
Step 8: Contact IT Support
If the issue persists, report it to IT with details of steps tried and any error messages.
