Freshservice – How to request for Software Installation

1. Go to your Freshservice portal (https://helpdesk.thrivepass.com/)and log in using your credentials.

2. On the homepage, click on “Request a Service”. This section lists all available services you can request.

3. Click on Application Access/Installation from Left navigation pane

4. Click on Software Installation

5. Fill the request form and once done, click on Place request.
