Freshservice - How to Raise SFTP Folder Request

1. Go to your Freshservice portal (https://helpdesk.thrivepass.com/) and log in using your credentials.

2. On the homepage, click on “Request a Service”. This section lists all available services you can request.

3. Use the search bar to type SFTP and select SFTP Folder Request

4. Type the folder name

5. Select the encryption method – Password, SSH or Public Folder

6. If you have selected SSH then please provide public key

7. Mention the public IP address you want to add for whitelisting

8. Click on Place request
